About this Horse
Nasim came to Longmeadow in 2024 from a neglectful situation. The transition from her previous home to the Ranch was difficult for this mare. She was very buddy sour and paced periodically in her stall. She wasn't too sure about the Longmeadow staff in the beginning and was more worried about what her equine buddies were doing. After some time settling in, a little bit of groundwork, and *maybe* the occasional treat or two, Nasim learned that this place wasn't so bad. When she got the daily routine down, she settled into life at Longmeadow. After some time spent being rehabilitated, she was finally ready to be evaluated by our trainers. The first thing our trainers noticed was Nasim's gentle disposition. Though she could be a bit anxious when not around her equine buddies, she remained respectful during handling and was a sweet and affectionate mare. She enjoyed grooming and she stood well for having her feet done. Putting her occasional buddy-sourness aside, she was a delight to work with. Upon evaluation under saddle, our trainers saw that Nasim suffered from lameness when ridden. She also has a noticeable swayback. Due to these physical limitations, we believe it would be in Nasim's best interested to be adopted as a pasture companion. Nasimâs kind nature would make her a loving companion to any herd. She would thrive in a calm, low-pressure environment surrounded by other horses. Adoption Fee: $300Height: Coming Soon!

Adopt NASIM and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, NASIM's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is NASIM's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the NASIM, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming NASIM's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and NASIM was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, NASIM’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the NASIM’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, NASIM’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
