About this Cat
MODESTO, CA: Are you maybe looking for a more mature cat? One that doesn't bounce around at night and keep you awake? Then Buddy is your guy! Buddy is a little shy at first but once he comes out of his shell, he is a complete sweetheart and lapcat. Buddy was rescued from a feral cat colony, but he clearly had been someone’s pet in the past. Due to his sweet personality, he was quickly swooped up by the volunteer feeder and now is loving the indoor life again. Buddy would love to spend all day on someone’s lap. He loves attention but is not “clingy.” He is good with dogs and would be okay with another cat. Buddy was born in approximately August 2018. He has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. He is ready for his new forever home! This is a Courtesy Post, and Buddy is with the Cat Network of Stanislaus in Modesto, California. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Buddy [CP]'s new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Buddy [CP] was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Buddy [CP]’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
