About this Dog
Animal Profile: Toad is a 7 month old, male Cattle Dog/Terrier X (guessing), puppy who will be joining us along with his 2 siblings from Texas on 01/09. They were dumped and picked up by our rescue partner who immediately took them in. They were bottle feed and are now thriving and healthy. They are friendly with dogs, cats and kids. These puppies are being raised in a foster home with other animals and small children, and will be great family pets. Foster Update: This seven-month-old terrier mix is basically pure mischief, wrapped in a cuddly, cow-patterned package. Yep, Toad rocks a rare reverse Guernsey cow coat—mostly white with patches of tan that make him look like a tiny calf. But trust us, he’s all pup, no moo. Toad is a professional cuddle connoisseur. Belly rubs? Check. Lap naps? Double check. Cozy beds for night sleep? Heaven! He believes snuggles should be an Olympic event—and he’d take gold every time. Zoomies? Oh, he’s got ‘em. This little speedster turns the backyard into his personal racetrack, and he’s zoomtastic with our resident dog. Together, they’re a blur of paws, wags, and playful chaos. His dream? A forever family where he can zoom, play, and crash on the couch next to his favorite humans and play with a canine friend. Due to breed we are not considering apartments for Toad at this time. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue. Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog is being transferred from Animal Advocacy & Rescue our partner in Del Rio Texas and arriving via Paws Up Rescue on 01/09/2024 to the Seattle area. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.

Adopt Toad and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Toad's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Toad's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Toad, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Toad's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Toad was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Toad’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Toad’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Toad’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
