About this Cat
Astrid is a very sweet, playful little girl. Her foster, Mary Kay, was called on Saturday morning in late September by neighbors saying it was an emergency. They know MK does cat rescue. Mom was moving kittens in her mouth to a safer place. We got all four kittens and trapped mom, and now everybody is spayed and neutered. If we hadn't gotten them, in a few months there would have been another 25 kittens with four females, mom and three female kittens. Plus bro would have been carousing.Astrid loves her two sisters and her one brother (on this websiste) and her foster, Mary Kay, and would love to have her forever home where she can play, play, play and h ave treats and sleep by someone. She has been spayed, combo tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, two FVRCPs and microchipped. She will need another FVRCP shot in about two to three weeks and a rabies shot, depending on your vet, usually between three months and four months. She also needs to be adopted with one of her sisters or brother or another animal at her new home for her to play with, et cetera. The bottom picture shows Astrid with her sister, Brooke. Her adoption fee is $95. E-mail Mary Kay at [email protected] or call her at 832-865-4652 or 713-453-8621.

Adopt Astrid and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Astrid's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Astrid's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Astrid, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Astrid's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Astrid was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Astrid’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Astrid’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Astrid’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
