About this Dog
Hi, itâs so nice to meet you, Iâm Bumblebee. Iâm about 2 years old and a little nervous here in the shelter. I showed the staff that even though Iâm a little shy, I really enjoy other dogs, so I got a great roomie who helped show me that itâs all going to be ok and Iâll find my new furever family soon. He was adopted, but he definitely helped me with my confidence. My volunteers say I am super friendly and loving toward all people and have shown them that with a slow and proper introduction, Iâll do well with other dogs and likely, cats! Iâm practicing my manners while I wait to meet you! CHECK OUT MY VIDEO!I went on a doggie day out adventure with a volunteer on 9/29 and here is what they had to say `Bumblebee and I made the most of our day today! First, we went to the shady Starbucks patio and had an iced tea and a pup cup. Bumblebee made friends with an elderly gentleman who thought she was the greatest thing ever! Next, we went to Orangetheory, my gym, because they were having an event. Everyone was in love with her, so much so that they put her on their Instagram story with her A number to get her story told. She did not seem the least bit bothered by a lot of people coming up and saying hello. After that, we strolled in the park in Natomas and sat in the shade and had a drink of water. There were several childrenâs birthday parties happening at the park, and many kids were excited to see her. She had zero reaction other than tailwagging and the few who came up to say hi she was very excited to see. I saw the most energy out of her once we sat in the grass. She rolled around and laid on her back so I could scratch her belly. She loved having her ears rubbed. Then, we went through the McDonaldâs drive-through to get us a burger and went and hung out at my place for an hour or so. She made zero attempts to get on furniture, and found a spot on the carpet to lay down and have a little snooze. However, because she does not like to get in and out of the car or go up and down the stairs, I got a workout. By the fourth time, she would get out on her own, but there was no going in on her own. She did not seem to mind the car at all, in fact laid down and just hung out. She is a GREAT dog, to say the least. Mildly treat motivated but not obsessed with them either. Iâm in love!` Please come meet me today!

Adopt BUMBLEBEE and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, BUMBLEBEE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is BUMBLEBEE's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the BUMBLEBEE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming BUMBLEBEE's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and BUMBLEBEE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, BUMBLEBEE’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the BUMBLEBEE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, BUMBLEBEE’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
