About this Cat
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. One of our previous fosters found a mama cat and her 4 kittens eating out of the dumpster at her work site in < Hemet, California. Before trapping them, she reached out if we cold help her. We agreed if she would foster. We had the mama cat scheduled to be fixed. The day before she was due to get fixed, she had a second litter. So apparently she was pregnant before she was trapped. So now her 1st set of kittens are ready for adoption. SHANDRA and her 3 siblings (JACE - AJANI - LILI) are now ready for to to their own FUREVER homes! Meet Shandra, a sensitive and spirited Caliby (also known as a Tabico) from Hemet, California, whose shy heart is waiting for just the right calm, loving home to help her blossom. With her beautiful blend of calico patches and tabby stripes, SHANDRA is truly one of a kind—inside and out. SHANDRA may be the last of her litter, but she’s far from being left behind. She’s a unique little soul who’s simply taking the world at her own pace. Right now, she’s still unsure of all the hustle and bustle life can bring. Quick movements or unfamiliar surroundings might send her into hiding, and she sometimes communicates her fear with a hiss—but this is just her way of saying, “Please go slow with me.” Despite her cautious nature, there’s a playful little spark inside her. Offer her a Churu treat, and you’ll see a different side of SHANDRA—the curious flick of her tail, the tentative paw reaching out, the quiet joy in the safety of a gentle moment. And yes, she will play! It may take a while for her to come out of her shell, but with time, trust, and tenderness, her inner kitten shines through. SHANDRA needs a calm, quiet home—one without children, loud noises, or too many surprises. She would do well with a confident, kind, and cat-savvy feline companion who’s not pushy or dominant, but rather a gentle guide to help show her that the world isn’t so scary. She’s not looking for instant best friends—just someone willing to meet her where she is. She’s not the cat who’ll greet you at the door right away—but with patience and love, she may just become the quiet shadow curled near your feet, or the purring presence beside you on a quiet afternoon. Adopt SHANDRA and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, SHANDRA's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is SHANDRA's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the SHANDRA, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming SHANDRA's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and SHANDRA was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, SHANDRA’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."

We want the SHANDRA’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, SHANDRA’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
