With her warm, inviting personality and charming appearance, Jess is sure to make a wonderful addition to any home. Her foster notes "Jess has been confident, chatty, and curious from the moment we met. She came right out of her carrier and explored her new room (including paw probes under the closet doors!) and then hopped on the couch to have a chat and a cheek scratch. She makes a lot of eye contact and is already comfortable lying next to me on the couch or loafing in her bed. Jess likes company! Now that she has full access to the apartment, she frequently follows me from room to room and settles in one of the beds or on the couch. She’s chatty when I come home and when we start our day. ""She’s also surprisingly adaptable for an adult cat. In a little over a week she has learned that she eats in her room with the door closed (the other cats want her food, of course) and she follows me in, eats, and then naps in her bed without complaint till I come back to open the door. She loves exploring and is mostly unfazed by the other cats - even the growly one. ""Also in the last couple of days she’s been enjoying cheek and chin scratches. When she first got here she grumbled or growled or walked away, if she let me approach her at all. I could maybe get one pet in as she walked by. Now she might (or might not) grumble as she’s closing her eyes and relaxing. Very cute. " She is a great companion. Jess is a wonderful new best friend and is affectionate, loving, and playful.Jess is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her new home.Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. Adopt Jess and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Jess's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Jess's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Jess, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Jess's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jess was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jess’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Jess’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jess’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
