Sheldon is a very active boy who thrives in an active household. He loves to go on walks, hikes, and runs to burn off his energy! He would make a perfect adventure buddy! Sheldon gets along well with the kids and dogs in his foster home, but it does take a little time for new people and animals to fully earn his trust. He is working with a trainer and is making progress! Sheldon is potty trained, knows how to use a doggy door, knows his basic commands, and has worked well on a leash! Sheldon is the last of our puppies that was rescued while being given away in a WalMart parking lot. He has seen all of his siblings get their forever home, and now he is hoping it’s his turn!Sheldon is ready for a family of his own. Apply now to meet him!

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sheldon's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sheldon was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sheldon’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sheldon’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
