Casey is a super soft lovey chonky kitty approximately 6 years old that comes to Toby's as a surrender due to a domestic situation. She lost her family and is eager to find her furever home. Casey loves scratches and snuggles, but not too much - save those for five minutes later. Her fur is as soft as a Sherpa blanket and when you're getting ready she'll be there to share your brush. Chase/stick toys are a favorite and catnip toys are ahhhmazing! She gets along with her sister and people of all ages but is at first a little afraid of other cats. She is cautious but increases her comfort level with other cats - no known experiences with dogs. Casey is a lover not a fighter except when her sister tries to steal her toy then a quick thwap of a paw. Tired of having no company in the bathroom? Casey is there to help. She also likes finding all the soft places for her naps, especially if that spot is by her people. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Casey's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Casey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Casey’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
