About this Rabbit
Hi, I’m Retta. Maybe you’ve heard my story — the quiet one who was rescued from the side of a country road, the girl who’s learning to trust again, one gentle hop at a time. But don’t let my calm fool you. I’m tough, I’m thoughtful, and I have a secret weapon: my daughter, Jelly Bean. Jelly Bean? Oh, she’s a firecracker — a dazzling little English Spot with a coat as bright as a fresh snowfall and bold black markings like she owns the room. She’s the ultimate cardboard-box flipper, the official breakfast cheerleader, and quite frankly, the life of our x-pen. She’s curious, bubbly, and full of binkies that could light up the darkest morning. I’m the steady one, the snuggle buddy, the rock she leans on when the zoomies wear her out. While she’s off exploring every nook, I’m quietly observing, always keeping an eye out and making sure we’re safe. Blueberries are my weakness, and if you offer me a banana, you just might earn my trust a little faster. We come as a package deal — the ultimate mother-daughter duo. We both have refined tastes (Timothy hay only, thank you very much) and impeccable litter box manners. Jelly Bean’s all about zoomies and toy chases, while I prefer thoughtful digging and peaceful moments. We haven’t met any kids, cats, or dogs yet, so a calm, patient home where we can keep growing in confidence would be our dream. Are you ready to bring home twice the charm, twice the sweetness, and double the personality? If you are, come meet us. I might be shy at first, but Jelly Bean will break the ice with a binky just for you — and together, we’ll hop our way right into your heart. *RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com . Gender: Female Approximate birthdate: 12/19/2022 Approximate weight: 5.8 pounds Adoption Fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax) RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

Adopt Retta and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Retta's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Retta's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Retta, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Retta's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Retta was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Retta’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Retta’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Retta’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
