About this Dog
piper will be one year old at the end of January. She is a high energy pup with a whole lot of love. piper loves to play fetch and wrestle, but also loves to take a long nap. She loves playing with other dogs and is great with small ones—especially having lived with a mini schnauzer. She is up to date on all vaccinations and the only current medical issue is we believe she has a skin allergy which she is currently taking medication for. piper does like to scratch and chew on walls if left alone for periods of time outside her kennel, but we believe with time and training that habit would die quickly. piper’s ideal home would be a family who is able to be with her more than we currently are. Along with a yard she can run around and play in. She loves children and would do well in a family home.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, piper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and piper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, piper’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, piper’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
