About this Pet

Got honey 3 years ago she’s an outdoor bunny neutered aswell quite recently I’ve had my last year of uni and started having to go to work and my mum works my sister works and my little sister has school on top of that my oldest sister just had a baby which we’ve all had to help out I feel I haven’t been looking after honey as she deserves she recently got fly strike which in so lucky I had insurance to cover 2 thousand pounds worth of help for her to get better otherwise they were telling me to put her down she is doing so well eating drinking pooing and playing again and her wound is scabbing on her stomach meaning it’s healing and just needs cleaning once a day as she’s just recovered I think it’s time for me to give her a new home as seeing her live outdoors in her hutch will now always scare me that she will get fly strike again I want her to go somewhere where she’ll be happy and looked after and she clearly isn’t here she deserves so much more I’m glad I could help her survive and give her to a place where she’d be happier

How will Honey receive the contribution?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Honey, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Honey's contribution here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Honey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Honey’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

What happens to unclaimed funds?

We want the Honey’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Honey’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
