About this Cat
Tatum was a cat we found outside. He is approximately 2-1/2 to 3 years old. We have taken him to the vets and had him neutered. He has now had all shots. He is recuperating from surgery. I have done blood work on him as well. Unfortunately he is an FIV cat (Feline Aides). It is NOT transferable to humans or dogs. Only to other cats. We would like to find a forever home for him with someone that has no other cats. Is a little shy, but is very comfortable laying on a bed or looking outside on the window. Absolutely loves to be brushed. He loves his pate food and treats. He had a lot of knots and we are slowly getting rid of them all. Has a very nice personality. He definitely was an inside cat or family pet.

How will Tatum receive the contribution?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tatum was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tatum’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Tatum’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tatum’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
