About this Dog
Sweet, loving and cuddling. Very calm, prefers to go to her kennel with a bone and will stay there on her own. Or will stay in dog bed. No behavioral issues notices other than occasional resource guarding bones from other dogs, never bitten another animal or human. Kennel trained, quiet (no barking or whining), BIG on pets, shedding easily controlled with brushing. She has been fostered with me over a year, moving and desperately need to rehome. Will come fully vaccinated and already spayed. Guestimated 2-3 years old. Does well with other big dogs and cats, not treated with small dogs but confident she would do good. Undergoing heartworm treatment, if adopted during, treatment can be continued with me under the animal hospital i work for free of charge so long as new owner is willing to transport her. (Visits dont need to happen more than once every couple months, typically test negative within a year, lengthy treatment, not intensive work at home at all, occassionally oral medications which she will eat in her food). Please please contact if interested, would like a home interview with prospective owner to be sure its a good fit.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Arya's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Arya was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Arya’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Arya’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Arya’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
