Hi, I'm Hector, I'm a smart and handsome boy. I love running and playing ball outside. Adventures and exploring are also on my list of favorites. My foster describes me as wise, alert, obedient, and energetic. I'm also a lot like "Tigger" because he loves to jump and I'm a high jumper...a tall fence would be best for my personal backyard. I'm looking for a companion that can be by my side and enjoys giving belly rubs and snuggle sessions on the couch. Older kids would be best for my energy and size. I'm not only smart, I prefer to be clean...baths are fun! I get along with other dogs, but I prefer to have a proper introduction. I'm 57 pounds of handsomeness and tall and slender. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and HECTOR was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, HECTOR’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the HECTOR’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, HECTOR’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
