Meet Rocky Balboa! Are you ready to go the distance with the most spirited feline around? Rocky is a female tuxedo cat with a knockout personality and an endless supply of energy! Just like her namesake, she’s got plenty of spunk and a determined streak that’s sure to keep you on your toes. This little champion is as bold as she is beautiful, with striking black-and-white markings and a playful attitude that’s impossible to resist. She loves chasing toys, pouncing on feather wands, and showing off her moves—whether it's running laps or perfecting her stealthy sneak attacks. Rocky is also a loyal little fighter who values companionship. She has a tag-team partner in her brother, Apollo Creed, who’s also up for adoption. They’d love to stay together, but Rocky can shine in a home all her own too, as long as she has someone to cheer her on and keep her entertained. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rocky H was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rocky H’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rocky H’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rocky H’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
