Sunshine is about a year old.. she is very pretty, funny, sassy and likes to cuddle. She loves to lay by your side a purr while you stroke her soft coat.. she’s very playful and can entertain you for hours. She can get along with a well behaved dog. Sunshine likes other cats, but is intimidated by aggressive behavior.. when I first got her she was slated for my TNR program (Trap Neuter Return) but she was so sweet I decided to get her a home with a nice family. That’s why you will see her left ear tipped. It doesn’t hurt anything it just means she had a rough beginning in her young life and someone cared enough to try and help her. If I get a friendly kitty and they don’t have to returned to live outside it’s a happy day for both kitty and me! Please consider Sunshine for your family pet..

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sunshine was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sunshine’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sunshine’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sunshine’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
