Hey! I'm Lucky The Undercover Cuddle Bug in Training! Hi there! I'm Lucky, about 1 year old and a Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix with a whole lot of potential (and maybe a dash of mystery). I came to the shelter on 4/7/25 after my old home just wasn't the right fit turns out, I wasn't quite the best playmate for the kiddo there. When I first arrived, I was pretty scared and kind of hid in my shell. But guess what? I'm starting to poke my head out, thanks to some patient shelter staff who are helping me find my confidence one tail wag at a time! Now I'm even playing with toys and sneaking in some hey, can I have a pet? moments when people are around. I'm looking for a family who's ready to be my cheerleader, helping me settle into a calm, loving home where I can really shine. I'm house and crate trained, and I get along well with other dogs (but a meet and greet is always a good idea to make sure we're buds). I'm neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative basically, ready to roll!
