About this Dog
He needs to be rehomed by Monday 3/31!!!! T'Mellow will be 5 years old in July. I got him when he was 3 months old in 2020. He is very energetic, happy and handsome. Once he gets to know you he is a velcrow dog wanting to know anything thats going on. He does bark and jump due to being a herding breeds. I have tried training him to stop both but he finds ways around everything even with treats. He does knows basic commands. He has been around 1 cat and would try to play with her but he doesn't understand how big and heavy he is. He usually just crosses paths now. He has never been around another dog or children. He does bark at people but only once maybe twice and then will calm down and just wants to be pet. He does have some separation anxiety but will eventually calm down, he is overall crate trained. He doesn't really like his paws touched so some grooming has been hard to keep up with. He does not have his last round of shots due to the vet labeling him as an aggressive groomer. He has never bitten anyone or hurt anyone he is just very afraid of new things. He just needs a loving home with at least a backyard if not land do run and play. I unfortunately have to rehome him due to me having to leave my home due to domestic abuse and moving into an apartment that will be too small and doesn't want a dog as large as him plus he does bark

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

After we have verified the adoption, T'Mellow (toasted marshmallow)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the T'Mellow (toasted marshmallow)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, T'Mellow (toasted marshmallow)’s balance will remain in our general fund.
