About this Dog
We found a stray husky while walking our dog on Thursday September 10th. She is female, not spayed according to the vet, at least she didn't find a scar or tatoo. The estimate is she is about 3 years old. We gave her Bravecto, treated her for worms to be on the safe side even though her sample was negative. We also gave her a rabies shot. She was underweight when we found her but otherwise in good condition. She is crate trained but doesn't seem to know any basic commands. She gets along well with adults. We haven't introduced her to any children. She gets along with my Bernedoodle, though she did assert her dominance at first. She does not get along with our Frenchie and they will fight. However, it is the Frenchie that starts it. The husky tries to avoid her. She is perfectly fine with my cats. She is friendly and loves to play with her toys. She loves to carry a toy with her at all times.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and this dog was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, this dog’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the this dog’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, this dog’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
