Meet Franklin! Franklin is a loveable, curious, goofy pup with lots of personality. He absolutely adores people and snuggling with his foster mom; he loves to sleep in bed with humans at night! Franklin loves playing with toys of all kinds, especially his Lamb Chop. Favorite activities include chasing squirrels and lizards and getting the zoomies when his people are around. Before coming to BARC, Franklin lived outdoors and didn't receive much training, so he is still learning about how to be an indoor dog. He has puppy energy and would do best with someone who is experienced with training dogs or willing to hire a trainer. So far, he has learned to go potty outside or on his pee pads, and he is working on some other commands. He has a lot of energy and would do best with a yard (he loves the dog door at his foster house!). He does not shed very much at all. He is protective of his foster mom when on leash and doesn't seem to love other dogs. He seems unsure of small children and would do best in a home without them. Franklin wants to make every human his best friend! His foster mom is happy to answer any questions!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and FRANKLIN was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, FRANKLIN’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the FRANKLIN’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, FRANKLIN’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
