DOB 4/15/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Grace, a sweet, playful, and curious medium-haired bicolor gal who’s blessed to be a real beauty. I’ll only get more gorgeous when my soft bunny fur gets plusher as I mature. “Bicolor” means that I’m mostly white with black patches on my head, back, and tail. I heard Foster Meowmy tell someone, “For a little kitten, Grace has a great, big personality -- it’s strong as an acre of garlic.” All I can say is that, when you’re a diva like I am, you get used to getting your way!” When I was about two months old, a Good Samaritan noticed me living underneath a work truck that was parked in a shopping center. My momma and siblings were nowhere in sight. After a few days of her feeding me, she earned my trust, and she was able to scoop me up and take me to my HOPE foster meowmy. Boy howdy! I was glad to be in the safe haven of my foster home rather than living paw-to-mouth in a shopping center! I was much too young to be fending for myself. Again, it took me a few days to warm up to Foster Meowmy, and, of course, I set the rules for the game! I must say that Meowmy’s giving me Temptations has gone a long way in her earning my trust. And I love all the toys – from the wand toy that we play with interactively together to the crinkle balls that I can bat around the room like a soccer striker. I get along with the other kitties, but I’m still afraid of the resident dogs. They’re cat-friendly and non-aggressive, so I might be able to trust them sometime soon. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Grace #precious-diva was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Grace #precious-diva’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Grace #precious-diva’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Grace #precious-diva’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
