About this Cat
Chubba may be the smallest in the room, but this confident little tortie is running the show! With her silky black fur dusted with rich brown highlights, a stylish white chin spot, and a charming tan patch on her back right foot, Chubba is as striking as she is sassy. Chubba’s a smart, independent girl with a personality that could fill a room twice her size. Raised alongside bigger kitten brothers, Chubba has never once hesitated to show them (and everyone else) who's boss. She’ll come to you when she wants love, give you the sweetest meow when she wants pets or dinner, and then confidently strut away once her royal needs are met. She prefers to keep all four feet on the ground, but she loves chasing springs, climbing her cat tree, dashing through tunnels, and playing with anything she can bat around or leap at. When playtime winds down, you’ll find her snoozing in her cat tent or lounging high up in the tree, surveying her kingdom. She’s food motivated, especially partial to wet food, and well-mannered—she uses her scratching posts like a pro and tolerates nail trims like a champ. Chubba is well-socialized, confident in new places, and travels well in a carrier. She's had positive experiences with everyone—from adults and children of all ages to both big and small dogs. She'll snuggle with her kitten brothers and even her canine companions, but she’s not dependent on them.

Adopt Chubba and Receive Chubba's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Chubba's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Chubba's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Chubba, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Chubba's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Chubba was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Chubba’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Chubba’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Chubba’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
