Suki is a 11-month old smarty-pants who is house-trained, crate-trained, fantastic on a leash, and knows how to “sit.” She is still definitely puppy playful and absolutely loves her cuddles! Suki is full of confidence and doesn’t know a stranger. She can be overzealous when meeting new puppy friends, but she is actively being trained to be more polite. She listens very well to commands, both from the adults and the children in her foster home. Suki loves toys and treats— especially her bully sticks. She is well-behaved enough to be go to work with her foster and be shown off to clients! She is such a good little charmer and assistant. Suki is current on vaccines, microchipped, and spayed. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Suki was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Suki’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Suki’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Suki’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
