About this Dog
Meet Elsa, a truly delightful 18-month-old Great Pyrenees ready to steal your heart! Born on February 27, 2024, this sweet 90-pound girl has an incredibly good-natured spirit and absolutely adores everyone she meets. Her very soft, thick coat is perfect for snuggles, and she'll even give you a gentle Pyr paw to ask for ear scratches or a tummy rub! Elsa is exceptionally intelligent, loves to solve puzzles, and is a pro at using a dog door. When she's not thinking, she's busy enjoying playful "zoomies" around the yard. She thrives on being part of the home and has previously enjoyed free rein inside. Elsa has a wonderful history of getting along beautifully with small children and other pets, including cats, making her an ideal family companion. Through no fault of her own, Elsa recently returned to SPIN, but she's not letting that dampen her loving spirit. Please note: Great Pyrenees have a thick coat and shed. If you have a family member with pet allergies, it's advised to consider this before adopting Elsa. This smart and curious girl is spayed, up-to-date on all her shots, and already knows basic commands like "sit" and "come." Her adaptable nature means she settles quickly into any situation. If you're looking for a gentle giant with a heart of gold, a playful spirit, and a proven ability to thrive in a family setting, Elsa might just be your perfect match! SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Adoption fees are $300 for dogs under 1 year old, $250 for dogs 1-7 years old, $200 for dogs over 7 years old. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention. Please go to our website www.SpinRescue.org and fill out an application for this great Great Pyrenees!

Adopt Elsa and Receive Elsa's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Elsa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Elsa's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Elsa, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Elsa's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Elsa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Elsa’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Elsa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Elsa’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
