About this Cat
Karai was brought into rescue with Texas CARES at just two days old along with her five siblings and momma Hallie. The litter was born in a local shelter so the confirmed birth date is March 2, 2025. Since then, little Karai has been growing in size and charm and is now ready to work her sweet self right into your heart. Karai can be a little shy at first meeting, but she is the shrimp of the litter and just kind of lets everyone else go first (why test new scary things when you have four big brothers who can do that?!). But after a little interactive play time, and perhaps a hand fed Churu, this girl will be plastered to your side. Karai loves to shoot in and out of her circular cat tunnel and loves to cozy up to her siblings for a nap. She is fun and sweet and has the most beautiful almond shaped eyes. Karai is litter box trained, spayed, microchipped, combo tested (negative for FIV and feline leukemia) and up to date on her vaccinations. This little soft spoken baby is ready for a family to call her own - if you think that could be you, please inquire or submit and adoption application today!

Adopt Karai and Receive Karai's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Karai's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Karai's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Karai, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Karai's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Karai was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Karai’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Karai’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Karai’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
