Rescued from a heartbreaking cruelty case along with several other dogs, Fancy has blossomed into a joyful, affectionate, and eager-to-please girl who is more than ready to write her next chapter.Fancy is incredibly intelligent and picks up on basic training with ease, making her a pleasure to work with. She’s wonderful with other dogs and adores children ages three and up. While she hasn’t met a cat, her calm and curious nature makes her adaptable. She tends to bond quickly with women, but once she trusts you, she’ll warm up to anyone who shows her kindness and patience.She’s also the ultimate travel buddy—she rides beautifully in the car and walks like a dream on leash. Whether it’s a casual neighborhood stroll or a new adventure, Fancy is always up for tagging along. She does have an athletic side, though. This girl can clear a five-foot fence without breaking a sweat, so her outdoor time must be closely supervised. A privacy fence at least six to seven feet tall or leashed outdoor play is a must to keep her safe and secure.Fancy also has a soft spot for water. She's still building confidence but already loves dipping her toes in, cooling off on the steps, and trying to catch leaves with her nose. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Fancy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Fancy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Fancy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Fancy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Fancy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
