About this Dog
Hello my name is Jac! I am a 9 year old miniature schnauzer who loves to eat anything and everything. Except lemons and limes of course 😆. I have always been a bit aggressive, however it has gotten a little out of hand since I moved into my new home in the country. I have snipped at my Mom, Dad, Sister, and Brother when they get on to me. I am not fond of other animals at all. I escaped my yard and killed approximately 20 neighborhood chickens along with 1 rabbit. My mom received a citation from animal control. Yesterday, I malled one of my mom’s chickens to the flesh. My mom has a grandbaby coming in October. She is afraid I will bite the baby, therefore she is looking to place me in a new home. I would do very well with an older couple who has no other animals.

How will Jac receive the contribution?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jac was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jac’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Jac’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jac’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
