5/13/2025Zeus VI is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Zeus! I am a handsome 5 year old fawn brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to changes in my owner's family dynamics and they are not able to afford my medical care. I do have a growth on my underbelly that needs to be seen by a vet, but it does not slow me down! I am described as friendly, active, and playful! I am said to be friendly with any dogs I come in contact with (I have lived with a lab prior to now) and am wonderful with the three kids that I live with (ages 2-9 years old)! I have never lived with a cat before so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I am a well mannered boy except for occasionally jumping when I get excited or not being wasteful and eating food left on the counters. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in the home office. When the humans leave and I must be left alone, I am good. I don't enjoy swimming so hanging out poolside is more my style. When outside, I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, my glow in the dark ball, love, attention, walks, food/treats, and family! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zeus VI was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zeus VI’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Zeus VI’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zeus VI’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
