7/9/25Simba II is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Simba II ! I am a handsome 4 year old flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owners being unable to afford to care for me. I am described as friendly, active, protective, playful, affectionate, and obedient! I am said to be dog and kid friendly. I currently live with 3 kids (ages 11 months and 11 and 12 years) and do fine with them. I have never lived with cats so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I am house trained but will need help learning crate training if that is required in my forever home. I stay outside during the day and sleep outside unless it rains or is cold and then I sleep inside. If the owners must be away I react fine being alone. While outside I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out but do not attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, squirrels, and playing with toys! For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Simba II was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Simba II’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Simba II’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Simba II’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
