About this Dog
10/23/2024Rosco IV is an owner surrender looking for a new home.HI! My name is Rosco IV! I am a handsome 4 year old flashy brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to having seizures often and my owner is unable to afford the medications that I need to be started on to hopefully minimize them. I am described as friendly, shy, active, and nervous! I am kid and cat friendly! I tend to not like smaller dogs and haven't had much interaction with other larger dogs. I live with a one year old kid and do well with him but when I have my seizures my owner separates me for everyone's safety. I have also lived with two cats and do well with them too! I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my own room. When the humans must be away, I am fine and normally just lay down and wait for them to return. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I'm not a fan of playing in the water but love riding in the car, balls, playing fetch, squeaky toys, pup cups, blankets, belly rubs, taste testing new treats, running, and hard chew toys! My owner says that I am "a big goofball that is a sweet dog and just wants love!". If you think I would make a great addition to your family and are willing to help me begin the treatment I need for my seizures, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!

Adopt Rosco IV and Receive Rosco IV's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Rosco IV's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Rosco IV's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Rosco IV, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Rosco IV's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rosco IV was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rosco IV’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rosco IV’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rosco IV’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
