About this Dog
7/30/2024Kayman is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Kayman! I am a handsome 7-year-old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owners having a baby. I am described as friendly, shy, nervous, and obedient. I don’t have the opportunity to play with other dogs but I am friendly with them. I get along great with all of the children and grandchildren of my home and currently live with 3 kids (ages 10-15 years). I do not live with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep outside (I have slept inside in the past) due to my family needing the space. When the humans must be away I react calmly to being alone. When outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, chew bones from Atwoods, getting pets, humans touching me, and baths! I’m not a fan of the heat so staying inside is more of my style. My current home says I “have been a very great dog for the family”. If you think I would be a great fit for your family contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kayman - Permanent Foster was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kayman - Permanent Foster’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Kayman - Permanent Foster’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kayman - Permanent Foster’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
