About this Dog
Hi! My name is Fiona! I am a young boxer girl that has high energy and the cutest wiggle butt on the block that my foster mom has affectionately named "The Fifi Shuffle"! I am dog friendly but in the beginning I tried to be boss with the resident dog my size and two smaller ones. I have since worked with my foster mom to learn that I do not need to be the boss and am still learning to share my toys and not resource guard them. I like to "talk" to the other neighborhood dogs and if given the chance, I will rush out the door to see them. I am house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and doggy door trained! When the humans leave the house, I don't like to be in the crate. I will cry when I go in the crate and try to escape. Because of this I have been trusted to be left out and I do not get into trouble. While outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences. At night I sleep on my own bed but if the human allows me, I will gladly join them on their bed. I love to play ball, go for rides, and play catch inside or outside of the house! If you think I would be a great addition to your family, contact the rescue and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! Adopt Fiona and Receive Fiona's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Fiona's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Fiona's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Fiona, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Fiona's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Fiona was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Fiona’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Fiona’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Fiona’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
