6/7/2025Draco is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Draco! I am a handsome 4-year-old flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owner unable to care for me and I cannot stay at my current home. I am described as friendly, active, smart, calm, playful, and affectionate! I am a well-behaved boy that is said to be dog and kid friendly! I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly and would need a proper introduction. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep on my dog bed or in my kennel. If the humans must be away and I am left alone, I am fine for short periods but will bark if left alone for long hours. If you do not have a security system, no worries because I will bark if someone is at the door! When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/ gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing fetch, playtime, and cuddles! If you think I would be a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Draco was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Draco’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Draco’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Draco’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
