Hi there… My name is Clair, and my sister Blair and I are looking for a very special forever home — together. We’re about eight to nine weeks old, still tiny, still learning the world, but one thing we already know for sure is how much we love each other. Blair is my very best friend — we’ve been through everything side by side. We were born outside, and while our mommy and the rest of our siblings were too scared to be caught, Blair and I were scooped up and brought to safety. I miss the rest of our family… but Blair is my everything now. We eat together, play together, sleep curled up around each other like matching commas. Wherever she is, that’s where I want to be. They say we’re beautiful — and I suppose we are. Blair has more brown in her coat, warm and soft like sun-warmed earth. I have more black, rich and sleek. People always say we’re striking, but what makes us really special is how sweet we are. Everyone at the vet's office calls us “the sweetest kittens ever.” We just adore people. We love being held, cuddled, and loved on. We live with a big Siamese kitty right now at our foster home, and she loves to snuggle us — and we let her! We love her gentle grooming and big warm body. We love other kitties so much, but most of all… we love you. Or, we will love you… if you’ll give us the chance. We’re the kind of kittens who want to sleep with our person, purring gently on your pillow or curled around your neck. When we’re not cuddling, we’re playing, tumbling over each other and batting at fuzzy toys. We may be small, but our hearts are so full of love we can barely contain it. Please — if you’re looking for not just a kitten, but two little souls who already love each other deeply, who will love you just as fiercely — choose us. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Clair & Blair was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Clair & Blair’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Clair & Blair’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Clair & Blair’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
