Hi… I’m Biscuit.I’m almost a year old—my birthday is August 17th. I thought I’d spend it with my family, maybe get a special treat or a new string toy. But now… I’m not so sure. Things at home have changed. A lot. My dad and I—we just don’t understand each other anymore. I don’t really know what happened, but the stress, the tension... it’s heavy. It’s like I can feel it in the air, and it makes me curl up a little tighter, hide a little longer. I still try to be my silly, playful self, chasing the red dot or batting around anything on a string. But the truth is, I’m scared. Scared of where I’ll go.Scared I won’t find someone who wants just me. I’m a chunky little guy, I won’t lie—I take food very seriously. But I take love seriously too. I don’t want to share attention with other cats. I want a person who gets me, who will make cozy little spaces just for me, where I can curl up and feel safe again. I’m good with gentle kids who know how to be kind to a kitty. I like when people talk to me, pet me, let me be the center of their little world—even if just for a moment. I’m fully vetted, healthy, and ready to move in with someone who sees me for the sweet, slightly anxious, toy-loving guy that I am. But I need to find that someone soon. I really don’t want to end up somewhere loud or lonely. I don’t need much—just a calm space, a human who’s patient and loving, and maybe a few extra treats here and there.
