About this Cat
Valentina is a long-haired silver tabby female kitten about 7-8 weeks old (DOB about 5/22/25). She was brought into a local vet when she was about a month old and weighed 0.7 lbs. Her left rear leg was severely fractured in multiple locations with the paw having been torn off and the tibia bone exposed. Her tail was also severed. The skin on her left front paw had been torn off, and she had maggots in her wounds. The following day her right rear leg and tail were amputated, as the vets did not think she would live without surgery. Against all odds, she survived and is thriving. She is a fighter with a tremendous will to live. She LOVES everyone as soon as she meets them. She is VERY playful and active. She loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored. She gets along well with other cats, and we think she'd be great with dogs and kids. She's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had her first distemper vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked. She will be spayed 4-6 weeks after her previous surgery. Additional vaccines and the spay included in the adoption fee. Preference will be given to local adopters who have a young playmate/companion for the kitten or are willing to adopt a pair. We do not adopt kittens to homes where they will be a solo pet. If interested in this cutie pie, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or [email protected].

Adopt Valentina and Receive Valentina's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Valentina's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Valentina's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Valentina, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Valentina's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Valentina was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Valentina’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Valentina’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Valentina’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
