About this Cat
Angelo a dashing black and white boy about 4 years old. He is polydactyl, which means he has extra toes on his front feet. He turned up as a stray in the yard of one of our volunteers. He is very talkative and showed a lot of interest to come inside. Unfortunately, there were already several kitties there, so foster mom had to work with him as an outdoor kitty. Before long, he was very comfortable being brush, picked up, and happy to stay in the garage on the many wet days of late. He would likely adjust very well to being an indoor kitty where he could get as much attention as he wants, but we would consider a very good outdoor home for him where he could still get a lot of people interaction and vet care. He has shown some interest in toys, but doesn’t seem to understand how to play with them – he’ll need his loving adopter to show him how! You’ll have to earn his full trust, but he has done quite well meeting new people. He’s just a big love bug who wants people and a place to nap. He just wants to be petted and brushed all the time. Angelo is FIV positive. He has not been aggressive when other cats have come in the yard, so foster mom doesn’t think he would likely share his FIV with another cat. Angelo has been vaccinated for distemper, rabies, and leukemia, had revolution for fleas, and been neutered. He’s healthy, happy, and ready for a new, permanent home.

Adopt Angelo and Receive Angelo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Angelo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Angelo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Angelo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Angelo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Angelo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Angelo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Angelo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Angelo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
