About this Dog
Diesel Lee is estimated to be around 4 to 5 years old. We found him on February 5, 2022. He was abandoned and left chained to the porch of an unoccupied house. He was starving, cold, and very sick. He has a gentle heart and is well-tempered; however, he often is unaware of his own strength and doesn't really respect personal space. LOL. I prefer that an individual who has experience with this breed, or at least large dogs, becomes Diesel's adopter. He is high maintenance, meaning only that he is always full of energy and very curious. Also, he has separtion anxiety issues and must be confined to a kennel, or other appropriate area, when left unattended. He loves chew toys, ropes, and peanut butter. He has 2 tennis ball launchers and this is the highlight of his day. Diesel will need a blanket at bedtime because he sleeps best when covered up completely, head included. He also loves to sing to Imagine Dragons songs! Diesel truly is a good boy and deserves a Great forever home.

For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Diesel Lee was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Diesel Lee’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Diesel Lee’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Diesel Lee’s balance will remain in our general fund.
