This is PAJAMA PRINCESS. She is a 4 to 5 year-old American bulldog mother who arrived at the shelter with her two puppies and a male dog in mid August 2024. Somehow, they had gotten loose from their family, and when the family did come to the shelter looking for their dogs, they only wanted to reclaim the adult male dog. The mother dog and her two puppies were surrendered through no fault of their own. Oh, well! Mama is a good dog and very sweet. She is also gentle and quiet, unlike some dogs at the shelter. She does still need to be spayed before she can go home with you as your own. But she is willing if you are willing! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!

For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PAJAMA PRINCESS was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PAJAMA PRINCESS’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the PAJAMA PRINCESS’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PAJAMA PRINCESS’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
