About this Cat
FUDGE arrived at the shelter with two littermates in mid June 2025 when the babies were only about four weeks of age. Luckily, FUDGE and one sibling survived and are now thriving and pigging out on wet food and dry food daily! They have toys galore, and room to run and play. They are making the most of their time waiting for their turn to be adopted. FUDGE has now had two sets of kitten vaccines and has been dewormed routinely. He has met the minimum weight requirement to be neutered at select spay/neuter clinics that recognize the need for animal shelters to move animals through their kitten programs and be sent into adoptive homes quickly! FUDGE must be neutered before he can go home with you as your own. If it has not already been done by the time you adopt him, you will need to wait for staff to schedule that appointment and you can pick him up soon afterwards. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!

Adopt FUDGE and Receive FUDGE's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, FUDGE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is FUDGE's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the FUDGE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming FUDGE's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and FUDGE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, FUDGE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the FUDGE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, FUDGE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
