PHOEBE ROSER is a three year-old spayed, female cat. She was surrendered by her owner in mid April 2025 because she does not get along with the other cat in the house. She is a short haired brown tabby and she has been assigned a cat condo to give her time to adjust to being at the shelter. After a few days, the staff may try her in the female cat room to see how she does with the other felines there. Because she is already spayed, PHOEBE will be able to go home the same day that she is adopted. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size cat carrier with you to the appointment in case you do decide to adopt PHOEBE or one of the other spayed or neutered cats that are currently at the shelter. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
