Meet Goofy!!!He’s in need of a foster or adopter! Requesting someone who has bigger dogs that like to snuggle smaller dogs. We’ve learned in boarding that he really likes to snuggle up to the bigger dogs!! This sweet boy was brought in from a hoarding case months ago and was covered in fleas and in bad shape He’s a 2-3 year old puggle, about 15 pounds. He was in a foster for a while, but then she had a medical issue and was no longer able to keep fostering so he has been back in boarding for a while.! He would love to get out in a home again! From his previous foster:Goofy was very scared when he first came home with me but he has started coming out of his little shell now. He has followed me everywhere I go. He’s extremely sweet and loves head scratches and will give you kisses on your hand in return. He seems to like going outside and just smelling around. He doesn’t mind the crate but loves his dog bed for sleeping. I have left him out at night and he doesn’t bother anything. He is fine with my dogs, he really doesn’t pay any attention to them. He seems to just want to be where I am. When I work he goes under my desk and curls up for a nap. He isn’t a barker, he hasn’t made a peep since he’s been here. No small children and will need someone patient as it does take him a bit to trust! Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Goofy DD's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Goofy DD was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Goofy DD’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Goofy DD’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Goofy DD’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
