About this Dog
Bossy along with his brother and sister were found after being abandoned on a back road. They were very skittish, and it took a while to trap them. They had either not had much human interaction, or the interaction they had was not positive. Bossy is a shy pup who’s still learning to trust the world around him. He has just started letting us walk him on a leash. This means he can get out and play with the other dogs too, which he really enjoys. With patience, love, and a quiet environment, Bossy is sure to continue gaining confidence and will make a great companion for the right person or family. He would probably do best with a confident dog sibling to show him the ropes. His birthday is 4/24/22, he is neutered, up to date on shots, and weighs 35lbs. *************************************************************************** This pet comes with an implanted 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. *************************************************************************** This dog is available for adoption at the Humane Society of McCormick County is SC for an adoption fee. All of our dogs are indoor dogs with outdoor privileges. To adopt, contact 864-391-2349 or [email protected]. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 organization. To learn more, visit www.hsmcsc.org.

Adopt Bossy and Receive Bossy's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bossy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bossy's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bossy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bossy's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bossy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bossy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bossy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bossy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
