URGENT Foster is losing his home Friday 7/7/23! He needs a foster or furever home asap! Foster is the sweetest boy. His family is going through a very difficult time and they have had to make a selfless decision which is to allow him to find a furever home to live out his golden years. He loves playing fetch and can play for hours. His age does not hold him back in any way. He love his toys, especially a strong squeaky toy. He loves camping and hiking! Like most dogs he wants all the attention and cuddles from his humans. He does have separation anxiety, so he will need a family that is more present than not. When left alone he will get into trash and anything available due to his anxious state. He knows basic commands such as go, sit, wait, come, get down. He will always come when called by his name. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Senior Foster was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Senior Foster’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Senior Foster’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Senior Foster’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
