About this Dog

Lola was a stray when entering the RC Shelter May 29th. This beautiful girl may have been kept for breeding purposes because she had a slight vaginal prolapse. Estrus or a strained pregnancy are likely the cause of the prolapse and it has since reduced in size as her hormones subside. She was placed in Code Red building because the Shelter vets could not adequately care for her prolapse. There was nothing else wrong with her except that she was born a female, with normal female problems. We found her laying on the cold concrete without a blanket - in her condition - as the clock of death closed in on her. Lola was so very grateful to be pulled out and on her freedom ride to a Foster home. But this too comes to an end as her Foster family can no longer keep her. Lola now needs a Forever Home…will you take me home? When rescued from the Shelter, she received great care and a small surgical procedure from one of our local Integrative Vets. That is all she needed as she heads towards getting the normal life she deserves. LOLA is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. She is more than ready for a new family to call her own. LOLA is extremely social, loves walks and playing with other pups. She is intuitive and intelligent, thriving on interaction with every person in her family. She’s mellow, knows how to relax with her calming spirit and sweet personality, making Lola a great emotional support friend. Whoever adopts this girl will be privileged to have her, she will be the perfect companion and fun to be around. But she does want regular exercise, so if you give her a routine workout, she will be comfortable in any size dwelling. Typically, in most cases, these dogs do not make good guard dogs because they just love people so much yet are very loyal to “their” humans. She is 45lbs. Of Smiles and Tons of Love...

Adopt Lola and Receive Dogecoin

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Lola's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

How will Lola receive the Dogecoin?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Lola, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Lola's Dogecoin here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lola was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lola’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

What happens to unclaimed funds?

We want the Lola’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lola’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
