About this Cat
Link is a very amazing cat, he is about 15 lbs, and is very healthy, neutered and all shots up to date. He was an abandoned cat at Helemano Military Reservation housing that showed up at my house shortly after I moved in, that I ended up keeping, along with another cat that was abandoned on base. He is microchipped, but has never has rabies shots because Hawaii is rabies free. He is more like a dog than a cat and goes on walks with me and my dog whenever we go out. He has a wonderful temper and is very sweet, but he will let you know when he doesn't want to be touched, with a gentle bite, unless you persist in touching him. He has never been in any way violent though and will try to leave before resorting to any biting. . He likes to be petted while he eats, but doesn't like to be held at all. He is very protective, and growls at strangers who are too close on the walks or too close to the houseand very happy. He gets along with other cats and dogs as well, but he doesn't know when a dog will try to hurt him, so he cannot be with dogs who will hurt him. I am rehoming him because I will be moving in with someone whose dog thinks cats are tasty treats. It breaks my heart and I do not want to get rid of him, but I cannot take a chance of him getting killed, or mauled by my significant other's dog.

After verifying the adoption, Linkin Park's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Linkin Park was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Linkin Park’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
