About this Cat
Nori and Bagheera, both black 8-year old female indoor cats, will be losing their "forever" home later in May. While not sisters, they are bonded and have been together for 6 years. Divorce does split up families. In this case, the dogs are staying with their person, but the cats are not. Little Nori is bonded with her human sister, and must say goodbye. Both cats get along with dogs and children. Also, remember that 8-years old is not old for a cat. They can easily live to 18, 20, 22,...as long as you take care of them and they do not have a genetic problem that creeps up as they get older. Nori is a very tiny black cat with a talkative nature. She loves to greet you (and your visitors) when you come home. She is an independent kitty, but loves to snuggle. Nori was turned into the Humane Society after her first family started having allergy issues. Now she is dealing with her family splitting up. Bagheera is larger and has some white on her. She was a stray who ended up in the Human Society before being adopted. It took her awhile to warm up to her dad, but then she wouldn't leave him alone! She is also a snuggler and is very sweet to those she loves. After she knows you, she will even climb into your lap! As with most pairs, she is not as adventuresome or gregarious as Nori, but she also likes to talk...especially in the morning when singing for her breakfast! If you can help us with these ladies, even for a few months, please let us know. They are going in for their annual exams on the 12th, and will be ready for their next adventure after that. Thank you!! If you foster for Purr-Fect Match: we will pay for vet bills and give you as much as we can in the way of donated cleaning supplies, cat food, advice (we LOVE giving advice!), and help as much as we can. We all know that it is not easy to give up an animal you have had as one of your own in your house as a foster, which is why we involve the foster parent in the actual adoption process. You will be able to meet and approve of the home into which your foster animal is adopted. If interested in fostering, please fill out a cat adoption application and where it asks for the cat name put: FOSTER Bagheera and Nori. If you want to adopt this pair, please fill out a form on our website: http://purrfectmatch.rescuegroups.org/forms. We will forward the form to their current owner, who will contact you. Email us at [email protected] or call 920-234-5995 to leave a message. Thank you for considering!

Adopt Bagheera & Nori and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bagheera & Nori's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Bagheera & Nori's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Bagheera & Nori, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bagheera & Nori's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bagheera & Nori was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bagheera & Nori’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Bagheera & Nori’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bagheera & Nori’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
