About this Cat
TULIP, PANSY and AZAELA (ALL ADOPTED!) are three adorable sisters who immediately charm and warm your heart with their adorable antics and sweet faces. They tumble, scamper and jump like little gymnasts, playing with their toys and each other, always exploring and trying to learn something new. They appreciate their foster mom dangling a string for them or batting a toy in their direction. When they are finally all tuckered out, they find a spot to snuggle with each other, or jump in your lap, so you can scratch their neck or brush their soft fur and listen to their purring. If you have room in your heart and home, all three can be adopted together, or Pansy and Tulip as a pair, with Azalea going to a home with a like-minded female kitten or young cat. Tulip and Pansy need an adult-only home or one with older cat-savvy children. TULIP (short-haired black/white) (ADOPTED!) has a perfect white half-diamond on her black forehead, and long white “stockings” on her feet. She can be a little cautious with new people but is otherwise confident and visits her foster mom often for cuddles. Tulip is the most laid back of the three sisters and when she’s ready for quiet time, you can find her cuddled up with one of her sisters. She loves to play with both, but is usually the first kitty to leave the fun to catch a little quiet time. Tulip needs to be adopted with her sister Pansy, into a quieter adult-only home or one with an older child would be fine. PANSY (medium-haired calico) (ADOPTED!) has soft black and orange fur, with bits of white, giving her the patterned coat of a tortoiseshell. Most of her face is orange and her feet and throat are white. Pansy has the demeanor of a little lady, but can be quite feisty at playtime, always ready to wrestle with her sisters or conquer a new toy! She is the most playful of the three. When Pansy is ready to rest, you’ll typically find her snuggled up with Tulip. Pansy needs to be adopted with her sister, Tulip, into a quieter adult-only home or one with an older child would be fine. AZAELA (medium-haired calico) (ADOPTED!) has fluffy fur that makes her look larger than she actually is, but she is still easily the largest of the three! Her fur, like Pansy’s, is also Tortoiseshell. She has a mottled black-with-orange face, a white nose and chin, and white toes. Azalea is the most independent and self confident of the three sisters and always the first to explore new surroundings. Azalea, like her sisters, has plenty of energy and she loves to play and wrestle with them when she’s not off exploring on her own. Azaela can be adopted with both sisters, if you have space for three, or separately into a more active home with a young female kitty. Kids are fine but none under 6 years of age. These sweet kittens came into our care from a local shelter at three weeks old with their mom, Iris (posted separately). They are now ready for their forever home.
