About this Cat
COOKIE is a very friendly, playful girl. She loves hanging out with people and is a wonderful companion. Cookie has decided that she wants to be the queen of the castle...so no other cats (or dogs) in her new home. Cookie loves to be in the same room with her human family and likes to follow you around to see what you are up to. She purrs and rubs her head up again you when she is feeling affectionate and wants to be petted. Cookie likes to knead on a soft blanket or bed before she settles down to sleep. She is a good napping/sleeping buddy – she loves to curl up in the crook of your legs if you are sleeping on your side. She is very quiet at night. Cookie is very playful. She likes to play with the laser pointer. And she is the most amazing jumper. She likes you to throw a toy mouse up into the air so she can try to catch it. Cookie likes to watch the squirrels and birds outdoors through a window. She chatters and chirps at the birds. This will make you laugh when there are a lot of birds in the yard. Cookie needs a relatively quiet home where she can decide how much attention she wants from her human caretakers. She needs either an adult-only home or a home with an older child (about 10 years or older) who have lived with cats before and understand how to respect their space. No babies or younger children down the road. Cookie came into our care as a young kitten. She was adopted, along with her sister, to a wonderful family with kids. Cookie has always been the dominant kitty with her sister, but recently became more aggressive toward her sister when neighborhood cats would come up to the window. Over time, Cookie has become more aggressive toward her sister and it’s clear she needs to be the only kitty in her home. She also needs a home where there won't be outdoor cats coming up to the window to invade her 'space.'

Adopt Cookie and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cookie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Cookie's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Cookie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Cookie's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cookie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cookie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Cookie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cookie’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
